UASA successfully negotiated a 7.5% across the board increase for all permanently employed members with effect from 1 July 2018.
The company also agreed to comply with Paternity Leave should it be legislated and the parties also agreed to jointly explore the possibility an alternative medical aid scheme.
Congratulations to the members who stood firm on their mandate and who assisted the negotiating team to reach an agreement.
