UASA is extremely proud to be associated with SAGA and to have been part of the preparation of SAGA’s submission on the Performers Protection Amendment Bill.
Adv. Hennie Strydom spent many hours with representatives of SAGA to construct a position paper that will hopefully contribute meaningfully towards putting an end to the scandalous exploitation of actors.

SAGA, assisted by FEDUSA during the presentation to the Trade and Industry Portfolio Committee on Thursday on the Performers Protection Amendment Bill, view their presentation as an important victory on the road to ending the severe exploitation of actors by the audio-visual industry.
